the staff was very attentive to needs. the hotel rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and it really pleased me.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The prices seemed reasonable, and i found a great breakfast buffet provided daily without extra charge. This buffet included warm choices and many options. We found wonderful restaurants and loads of shopping to be within walking distance.
The coffee was not very good. I hoped for better coffee in italy.

The room was quite spacious and it was beautifully maintained both during the daytime and at night. A lovely atmosphere let me enjoy some music and join the hosted evening events.

The pool area was great and had sunbeds. It overlooked the ocean. A rooftop spa was available with sunbeds, and the views from it were very nice. I also enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach.

This spot is super. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel has close proximity to shops, with access to anything needed. It is near the promenade too, which makes the location amazing.

The staff seemed very friendly, efficient, and helpful at all times. They always answered questions and were always there when i needed something. I appreciate them for making my experience better.

the breakfast buffet offered many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location is super, with wonderful restaurants within a short walk.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear conversations in the adjacent room.

the pool was fantastic, i liked it very much. staff were very friendly and were great too help you. views of the mountains and the sea were excellent.
the bathroom was very old. the shower cubicle was tiny, i constantly catch my elbows when showering. there was some outdated decor in communal areas.

the hotel location is great. it is close to the main pedestrian street. the staff are friendly especially near the pool bar. i spent time there drinking cocktails and watching football.
The room was very small. the bed was bad. I was promised a double bed but got two single beds of different heights. the air conditioning did not fully work at night.
